The course of CBT-I is approximately 8 weekly appointments of less than one hour (around 45 minutes). Dr. Finnerty does not offer evening or weekend appointments. Dr. Finnerty can occasionally work someone in at a different time than below. The appointment slots that Dr. Finnerty tends to offer (though a specific time may not be available) are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at:
